Christmas Eve we went to my parents house for the Shelton family Christmas party. We again ate tons of food and played fun games and opened presents from Grandma & Grandpa. Oh and I can't forget our annual talent show....
Mitch & Caleb
Waiting for the games to start
Kylie, Emma, & Mitch singing a song they made up.
Sydnee's talent...Jump rope for heart! She's still got it!
Grandkids in their jammies from Grandma & Grandpa.
Christmas day we got up at 8 and opened presents with our family. At 10 we went over to Vaughn's Mom's house for breakfast. Jerry has a tradition of making a big breakfast Christmas morning and having anyone that wants to come and eat. At 1 my family came over for the day. We ate (seems to be a theme here) and visited the rest of the day. It was a very laid back and enjoyable day.
We always have the kids line up to come down for Christmas
Mitch got a soccer ball from Josh...no we never have enough soccer balls.
Andy was surprised to get an iPod.
Josh...such a handsome boy...he's taller than me now :( not much of a boy anymore.
Maddi got car "stuff" from Andy
Vaughn had work off for the whole break. It was really nice to have him around. We had a couple of futsal games but for the most part we just stayed home. Maddi and Andy had a few friends over on New Years eve. Wait they had friends over every night. We didn't go to bed until 1 or 2 the entire break. Luckily we got to sleep in until 9 or 10 everyday too. It was really fun to have so many kids around. I love that my children enjoy being home and that their friends enjoy being here. I am blessed to have such a great family!

I'm glad that you had a great Christmas. Your kids are definitely looking older. I'm sure that it makes it harder when you are Christmas shopping. Not like you can just buy them little toys now. We also stayed up WAY too late every night. Today was a little hard getting them up for school.
Um.....? I thought we had an understanding!
